Mgragentd -f is running. I was hoping it wasn't, that would be too easy.
Snmpd.conf looks OK, it matches ustivux01.

Is mgragentd running on this 02 box?  As I understand it, when netmon
does
a config poll it should learn that NetView's installed and the daemons
running unless mgragentd isn't there to respond to the query.  It's
basically the same way that a NetView client knows whether the server's
daemons are running.
