Same problem here... I even opened PMR 41629 and instead of helping get
the code, they told me to call eCustomer Care at 1-800-978-2246... I
think IBM support is going down hill... :-(
Of all the Vendor support sites that I go to for support and downloads,
I find IBM's the hardest to navigate!

I hear what you say, James, but even following your instructions doesn't
find a NetView download.
I bought NetView many years back and have kept up the maintenance. At
some stage, it became part of the TEC bundle. Now I am only seeing TEC
as a download, not NetView. Does anyone else have a similar experience
or have a workaround?
Many thanks,
Jane
