So what you want to do is to capture the hostname of the agent which sent
the trap, correct?
Try this

CLASS Link_Up
  SELECT
    1: $TYPE = 3 ;
 FETCH
      1:   IPNAME($AGENT_ADDR)
  MAP
    msg = "Link Up SNMP Trap" ;
    hostname = $F1 ;
END
