The trick to getting support for Nways Manager for AIX (previously known as Nways Campus Manager, etc) is knowing the magic word. If you call the usual 1-800-237-5511, and pick Network (this product comes from the Network Hardware Division), and use the magic word 'Campus', they will be able to find the right queue. Don't let them send you to AIX, the way back is even longer. I've done this a few times. The support is quite good once you get on the right queue!
