http://www.support.tivoli.com  is where you can go to search about known
problems, but you will have to register with your Tivoli customer number to
do that.

For many Tivoli products which put out small patches or patches for
individual problems you can also download them from this site.

But NetView does not have any patches out there, for two reasons.  First,
until now, we had nothing which would install as aTivoli patch (that's a
Framework function).  And second, none of the products have maintenance
releases (really big patches there) because the downloads would huge and
unreliable.  And NetView 5.1.1 falls into this group.  It is a repalcement
of many, many modules with new code.  On UNIX it installs as a Tivoli
patch.  On NT it uses the same method as the base product installation,
which is Installshield.

Is there a site or something where we can find out about known bugs in
NetView?  Is there also a place where we can download patches?
