UNIX uses all available memory, all the time. Memory that is not grabbed by
processes will be used as a file cache, so having very little free memory is
normal and unavoidable (and a good thing, not a bad thing.)
Your system shows very little swapping, so I would say it is not low on
memory at all. If you want more detailed information, go get a tool like
monitor.
