Environment:
TMR A includes TEC Server and TEC Consoles
TMR B includes Netview Server

Given the fact that TEC Console requires TEC Server to be installed in the
same TMR (not interconnected TMRs) if I go ahead and install the TEC Server
in the TMR where NetView is running can I install a TEC Console that points
to a TEC Server in another interconnected TMR.  If this is true then is
there any needed role of the TEC Server that was installed in the NetView
TMR or is just an unnecessary prerequisite?
