Actually, you didn't misled me. PJ26414 describes
exactly my symptoms. Here's what showing in my
nv.log. I am sure you've seen this enough times.

I guess I am getting two different sets of information
from you and Level 2. The level 2 Engineer basically
told me to not use SQL according to the PJ26414.
Perhaps, because the knowledge base has not been
updated, he may not currently be aware of this fix. I
will contact him again and see if I can get the new
trapd.
