ovwdb daemon

Hi,
     when i reboot the netview machine ( netview 5.1.1 with TIPN installed, Sun
2.51)  some daemons don't start:

     - ovtopmd, netmon, ems_sieve_agent, ems_log_agent, nvcold, snmpCollect  are
with state:  UNSTARTABLE

     - netmon - state:  NOT_RUNNING and exit status  exited on signal 9

               I don't know what can happening, because if restart the database
the daemons start until reboot the machine.
