Hello All. Does anyone have Tivoli NetView integrated with Remedy ARS ?? If so, what configuration must be done on the NetView side?? Does it work well?? Is it just event forwarding?? I would not want all traps to be sent, just specific ones. How is this done?? Any info appreciated.
