I was responding mainly to another note, which I've
since deleted that mentioned they thought IBM privacy
& security guidelines should be enforced since the
list server is from Tivoli.
Sorry for jumping in, just trying to clarify that this is
not an official support vehicle, just another list server,
subject to the same abuses and conditions of any other
list server. If I am wrong on this, will the real list
owner please 2x4 me?
I was also trying to point out that the former list owner
kept a public archive, and that phone numbers could have been
pulled from, for example,
lists.tkg.com/nv-l/archive/html/msg18054.html
which Tivoli had nothing to do with.
Again, I'd encourage you not to have your phone number
in your sig, unless it is something like 1-800-328-7448
or 1-888-236-0731. And BTW, I usually don't tell them to
stuff it, I have much more fun with a "Can I get your
number and call you back after the crime scene guys
finish up here?".
