You must use the other types of locations like I told you at my first email. Also, try to separate the itens with tabs to have a better visual of your file.

   Unknown parent location: 'Dayton', parent entry not defined in a Prior entry


It is treating Dayton like it is the  Parent Submap.   But Dayton is actually the child submap of 'OH'.
Is the location.conf code reading incorrectly?
