You
probably have one or more interfaces in the device which are not mapped to the
same location in location.conf. If location.conf contains the name of a router,
but one or more of it's interfaces don't fit in the container you are placing it
in, you can see it on the top map.
I have
seen this with dial up and vpn connections when virtual interfaces are created
dynamically and the interfaces don't fit the criteria for the
container.
