I hope that this fix will be ready soon ; the average length of time
for APAR resolution IBM execedds 70 days ; that sounds a little bit too much
for me ;
what am I supposed to do between the reported malefunction and the fix ?
I am running in a production world : the users don't want to wait and get the
answer from me as this one ... If we as customers are paying for support of the
products
then it should be fixed quicker. No matter how great a product ; if there isn't
a support
organization to solve the customers problems then the customers start to look
for some
other products eg HP Openview....
It starts to be like this web-site : www.tivoli.se : no comments ...
