I've
seen this too. By resources Don may have meant memory and CPU, especially memory
in my experience (too much paging).

Yes, the SNMP status
polling is used. What resources should I look for? The lines (interfaces) are
Frame Relay to the branch (ATM in the backbone).

I am facing the
following problem: We have about 200 branches (ARN Nortel routers) and for
some branches about 10, the routers are shown as yellow. When I check the
interfaces I see that the WAN interface is red. When I test the interface
(ping) the interface responds and becomes green. After some seconds it goes
back to read state. Any ideas why this is happening will be greatly
appreciated.
