Looks like the major error is that actionsvr won't start.  Make sure there are no old copies of him still running, which would prevent the new one from getting his socket.  If you have rulesets in ESE.automation, rename that file to something else until the install is over.

Hello Everyone.
 
NV 7.1.3 on AIX 5.2 - 
I'm trying to upgrade to 7.1.4 via the Framework installation method. The install gets to nearly the end and then fails with errors. You can actually start most of the daemons except nvlockd. nvlockd fails because the /etc/services does not have any NetView services anymore. I run all the checks before installation and I have even increased my NetView file system sizes to maximum possible size but I still get the following error:
