Ray - I don't want to jinx this, but I would not recommend that you jump into the middle of the install process and start running your own commands. I actually was tailing the file during the installation and as soon as the actionsvr error occurred, I ran nvstat. Nothing was running. I was able to start actionsvr (and nvsecd) manually. I also commented the rulesets in the ESE.automation file before this installation attempt. I'm going to try again in a moment with your suggestion to rename the file.
