        Once you turn off state correlation that particular file wont be used anymore.  Check /etc/Tivoli/tec/cache

Well I see a bunch of events under /etc/Tivoli/tec/CACHE_sc in the persist1out file.   I ahve also commented out the lines dealing with state correlation.  The objects in hte persist12.out file look like the following.
